Words from the Editor

What Better Time for Innovation?
Bernardo Castilho, Chief Technology Officer This is my inaugural Words from the Editor and as ComponentOne's Chief Technology Officer, it is a bit of change of pace for me. Typically, my focus is turning our development efforts into long-term competitive advantages. Translated roughly, ensuring ComponentOne produces products its clients want and need, which has led to our company's long standing history of innovation. |
So with innovation as the focus of this issue of the Tech Connection, it is fitting to discuss the release of Visual Studio 2010. Users will appreciate many of the new features and the fact that the same day Visual Studio 2010 released, we released our compatible control suite, Studio Enterprise. We partnered with Microsoft and reveled in the opportunity to meet and interact with developers at the many off-site events, in the United States, India, China, Malaysia, and United Kingdom. The next event will be TechEd North America in New Orleans and if you would be interested in connecting or reconnecting with me, please feel free to email press@componentone.com.
